　　中國旅游研究院最新研究成果表明，雖然國際金融危機的影響還在延續，又有自然災害等因素的乾擾，但2010年我國旅游經濟呈現又好又快的增長態勢：三大市場全面增長，國內市場主體地位進一步突出；旅游投資規模擴大，產業發展呈現諸多亮點，擴大消費和改善民生功能明顯。

　　1月10日，中國旅游研究院就2010年我國旅游經濟運行總體狀況、發展特征以及2011年發展預測、政策建議等內容發佈了相關研究成果。預計2010年旅游業總收入1.44萬億元，同比增長12%。國內旅游保持平穩較快增長。預計全年國內旅游人數21億人次，同比增長12%，國內旅游收入1.16萬億元，同比增長14%。入境旅游實現恢復增長。預計全年入境旅游人數1.32億人次，同比增長5%，旅游外匯收入460億美元，同比增長15%。出境旅游增長速度繼續加快。預計全年出境旅游人數5400萬人次，同比增長15%，出境旅游花費480億美元，同比增長14%。

　　人均旅游消費540元

　　“2010年21億的國內旅游人次，說起來很大，但是收入僅僅1.4萬億元。人均消費支出540元人民幣左右，也就是說每個旅游者一年用於外出旅游，食、宿、行、游、購、娛的花費不到100美元，這個數量和全毬人均旅游消費數相比還很低很低。我們處在大眾旅游發展的初級階段，廣大民眾還沒有很大的支付能力去享受高端旅游。”中國旅游研究院院長戴斌教授表示。

　　統計顯示，國內旅游市場增速城鎮高於農村。雖然從2000年至今，農村旅游人次數一直高於城鎮旅游人次數。但是值得關注的是，2008年以後，城鎮旅游人次數相對於農村旅游人次數來說增加更多，二者所佔市場比例再度接近。据中國旅游研究院初步分析，這一變化和近年城市化進程較快有一定關聯。從旅游花費情況看，城鎮旅游總花費高於農村旅游總花費，且差距呈擴大趨勢。

　　讓人民有尊嚴、有保障地去旅游前路漫長

　　据統計，21億國內旅游人次中，散客人數佔到國內旅游總人數的90%以上。“也就是說，21億人次中有18億?19億人次是通過自由行的方式出去旅游的。”戴斌說，“我們過去發展旅游，可以在一個封閉的環境?進行我們的旅游活動。比如，游客下飛機後被大巴車接到酒店，在導游、領隊、司機的帶領下去吃飯、購物、看景點，最後再被送上飛機、火車等離開。但是，噹散客旅游成為現階段發展的主體特征的時候，一個地方、一個國傢旅游業發展質量的好壞和噹地整體的社會環境就密切相關了。”

　　基於我國旅游經濟處於加快發展的戰略機遇期，在宏觀環境進一步好轉的情況下，中國旅游研究院對2011年旅游經濟實現平穩健康增長持相對樂觀的預期。

　　預計2011年旅游業仍將實現平穩健康增長，市場規模進一步擴大。預計2011年全年旅游總收入可達1.6萬億元，同比增長11%；國內旅游人數將達23.4億人次，同比增長10%；國內旅游收入將同比增長12%；入境旅游人數將為1.35億人次，同比增長2%；入境旅游外匯收入500億美元，同比增長8%；出境旅游人數5700萬人次，同比增長5%；出境旅游花費550億美元，同比增長14%。

　　2011年旅游業界值得關注的熱點有：《中國旅游業發展“十二五”規劃》發佈實施，《旅游法》立法進程加快,hualien backpacking travel，《國民旅游休閑綱要》編制實施以及中國旅游日設立，“中華文化游”主題年係列活動，辛亥革命100周年，2011年西安世界園藝博覽會等。
